I've been ridiculously busy lately. But anyway, yes, the new bread machine is working well. It's taking some getting used to, but I'm working with it. The two blades are great--it mixes well. The shape of the loaves is more traditional--longer rather than taller. Bread making in general is always challenging because I only use about 1/4 tsp salt per loaf and I use 1/2 whole wheat and 1/2 all-purpose flour. So my loaves can be kind of dense.
